Anastasia’s interest in aviation began at a very young age, when she took her very first commercial flight and absolutely fell in love with the experience. Growing up between a small town in Southern Lazio and Liguria, Italy, she went on to earn her BA in Modern Languages and Cultures with a focus on tourism from the Università degli Studi di Genova. This launched a successful career directing international academic conferences across the Italian peninsula, a role that put her on an airplane every other week – her favorite part of the job!
Upon relocating to California, Anastasia took the leap to turn her passion into a full-time career in flight operations. She attended Sacramento City College, graduating with honors with certificates in both Flight Technology and Aircraft Dispatch, while also earning her FAA Aircraft Dispatcher license. She joined the Axis Jet team in 2025.
Today, she is also an active pilot. As the first aviator in her family, Anastasia holds a Private Pilot Certificate and is currently progressing through her advanced ratings with the goal of becoming a professional pilot. In the meantime, she loves experiencing the unique joys of flight through tailwheel flying and aerobatics, always ready to hop an aircraft for a new adventure. Anastasia is also very active in the local action community, frequently attending events and dedicating her time to volunteering, driven by a strong commitment to supporting and mentoring the next generation of future aviators
